Unlike many ladies in their 20's who have grown out of their bad skin, mine decided to stick around for just that little bit longer. In fact, I don't remember a time when my skin was 100% clear (apart from when I was a toddler, and even then there were always traces of chocolate on my shnoz). My cheeks are always red, I have forehead lines of a 45 year-old chain smoker and my pores are huge. Although I get the occasional pre-MC spot, I don't actually have acne - however, my face generally doesn't agree with me very much. Many people's faces reflect their life choices (take note next time you wake up after a night out - your skin is literally screaming, it absolutely HATES you) - mine however, is a reflection of all those times I "forgot" to take my make-up off before bed (aka passed out before I could make it to the bathroom).

London Fashion Week Day 5 - Anya Hindmarch AW14
London Fashion Week 2014 Day 4 - Ashish AW14

Being of the male species, it's both beautifully strange and fascinating that Ashish has the ability to tap into a girl's inner most desires. By that, I mean the desire to be a 90's princess. A fuschia loving, tiara wearing, denim clad 90's princess. Even I didn't realise I wanted to be a one until I saw this show (a bittersweet discovery if you ask me).

Brand to Watch: KIKO Make Up Milano - Smart Lipstick Review
Now I'm not one to bang on about make-up brands - I've pretty much been using Miss Sporty and Collection 2000 since I was about 10* - but during a ridiculously unsuccessful shopping trip to Westfield, I stumbled across a little shop which I never noticed before. As I embarrassingly know Westfield like the back of my hand, I headed in (right after I saw the "Lipstick £2.50!" sign, may I add. Your friendly neighbourhood cheapskate right hurr) to see what all the fuss was about.

London Fashion Week 2014 Day 1 - Todd Lynn AW14
Hands up who likes a bit of soft grunge? One of the shows I always look forward to the most, Todd Lynn never ceases to appeal to my rather dark tastes. As time has progressed, I have begun to crawl out of my charcoal coloured comfort zone, yet I always find myself being drawn to the darker tints.
